Wesley Morris
This is ultimately a movie about class warfare and social oppression that isn't remotely science-fictional. It's real, and as dumb as this remake is, it sends you home thinking.
Trevor Johnston
Follows the bog-standard formula perfected by Besson: combining functional storylining with competent action highlights and an occasional air of whimsy.
Claudia Puig
It's fun to see Walker do a double take at a perilous move of Belle's and then find a less risky alternative. The pair seem like they're having a good time in this buddy action movie. It seems a fitting curtain call for a likable actor gone too soon.
Chris Klimek
Almost no one in this film is allowed to play to their strengths.
David Edelstein
It should be wilder, funnier, nuttier.
Liam Lacey
Brick Mansions is a non-starter: It chokes on its déjà vu, the hyperactive Mixmaster editing is exhausting and the characters' banter is so leaden it might violate federal emission standards.

Director Camille Delamarre does a sloppy job of piecing everything together, and nobody on screen seems invested in what is going on. The feeling from the audience is mutual.

Action? Definitely! Being Paul Walker film I expected nothing less than a feature packed full of action and that's just what I got. The story, on the other hand...not so much. It lacked realism and as much as I wanted it to and as much as I tried it couldn't reel me in. It was just too ridiculous to fully enjoy. Paul walker was great as expected and Rza Did his thing but the movie over all, I'm glad I waited for video.
No dont wast ur money!!!!!!! Its a B movie with a decent actor im sorry paul walker...but the acting was poor so very poor! Had no real back story...didnt get into a lot about his father..just wish I could get my money back... but if u want a paul walker movie thats not fast and furious.. the look up Hours...really nice...

The Dark Knight Rises
Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures "The Dark Knight Rises" is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane. MPAA Rating: PG-13 - 2012 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Legendary Pictures Funding, LLC.
