Tom Russo
It's about a terminally ill man who decides that if he is going to die, he is going to grab a gun and take a whole bunch of obnoxious people with him.
Ian Buckwalter
This is no simple wish-fulfillment revenge fantasy. It's an indictment of us as viewers and tacit supporters of the cultural trash heap.
Stephen Whitty
The film features elaborate (and spot-on) parodies of mean-girl reality shows, YouTube nonsense and fatuous news reports but the people are thin and the plot meanders a bit.
Betsy Sharkey
This funny, sick twist of social satire is certainly locked and loaded, even if its aim is sometimes off.
Sara Stewart
The real problem is there's just not enough plot on which to hang the message that mean people suck.
Amy Biancolli
In this "Falling Down" of pop-cultural observation, Goldthwait forgets the thrill of the chase; he's more concerned with piercing verbal barbs than actual suspense.

This movie was hilarious, One thing I will say about this movie... Is that guns really do jam just when you need them but this movie inspired me to go back to being nice to people, because I found out when your nice to people, you find out later they felt better.oh plus it is possible for a gun to explode in your hand. I just thought it was really funny. God bless America!!! Yeah why not...sincerely
I want to see this so much But I can't download it! MyTouch4G, on WIFI, with Google Play Movies, AND 6GB free space... **UPDATE: I turned of my WiFi and then turned it back on. It downloaded... Then it failed to play. I called customer service, and they claimed to give me a refund. I have yet to see my money back.** As far as the politics goes, you guys should stop b*tching on a stupid movie review and become political activists if you think you're right. Some of us want to read reviews, not propaganda from you without credibility.
Its like office space... Reminds me of a pumped up, darker version of Office Space, only instead of a corporate environment being a madness-inducing plague to the protagonist, it's mainstream American lifestyles. Either you get the humor (and the underlying problems that fuel it), or you don't. The monologues are fantastic, the dialogue can sometimes be a bit over the top but it's the first movie that I've seen that points fingers in the right direction when we all ask, "What is wrong with the USA?"
People cant accept facts these days B4 any of u bash me, first thing first is i am typing this in nyc and i live here all my life. so whenever thereis a movie about about "America," i know if they are joking/makingfun/facts. and sadly, most of the stuff in this movie were facts. we can deny it all we want, but facts are facts. and for those morons who said renting it for 10 bux is expensive, i bet you wasted more than that on pepsi alone in a day and you just have no freaking life. its time to get a life and stop living in ur mom's basement.
Bobat Delivers There are no surprises in this movie if you watched the trailer. It is billed and marketed as a dark comedy and that's most definitely what it delivers, so if that is not your style of movie - you should probably skip this one. For those who were interested based on the trailer, you will most likely enjoy the movie as well. Bobcat delivers this satire in the darkest way possible with our hero administering justice across America to spoiled, mean and inconsiderate people across a wide spectrum of social and political ideologies. There is no secret what drives our hero, and you will enjoy the quest he takes you on to make people want to care about their fellow man.
Screw the conservative liberals. All you people complaining about the movie is obviously not the kind of audience the movie was made for. Not every movie can be about your stupid god or whatever it is you stupid people watch. You want to talk about rights? Killing the stupid should be at the top of them.
Excellent!!! Funny critique of our society punctuated with gratuitous acts of gun violence. These two shoot the rot of America so you don't have to. The dialogs are excellent all along and the acting is top notch. In the end, this movie made me a better person.
Hitler had the right idea Eliminate the stupid people, while your at it, people I don't like, annoy me, make me impatient, upset me, disagree with my political views and destroy me since I am also a cliche
Awesome movie about our times Joel Murray delivers a great deadpan performance worthy of his brothers Bill and Brian. The film's best point is how shallow our nation is becoming culturally and how we exploit it. The irony of an over-the-top violent movie satirizing the rest of our over-the-top society is certainly not lost on Bobcat, and for that I salute him.
This is my new favorite movie I just finished watching this, best movie I have seen in a decade. Its an omage to Monty Python in someways in how over the top some of the violence is. But the ranting is par excellant. Best 10 bucks I have spent on Film in a LONG time. Best movie I have seen since Thank you for Smoking. You won't be disappointed, you will laugh, you might cry, and at the end you will be here leaving a review, its just that good. Also, ultimately, if your "angry" at society you might find yourself thinking I could be one of these two but for a similar circumstance.
Amazing Movie. This is probably one of the best movies I've seen for years, along with Tucker and Dale. If you watched the trailer you probably get the gist of the action in the movie but you didn't see the monologues, which are what really amazed me. It is really sad what America is devolving into and I really hope this opens some peoples eyes. Notice the movie posters on the theater scene. If you haven't seen them watch them: Food Inc, Man on Wire, and Jesus Camp. I've seen 2 out of 3 and know there is good reason for those posters in this film. Notice people giving bad ratings don't have anything intellectual to say about the movie. I'd love to see a bad rating and an explanation with it.
Great movie Darko Team Do It Again I love the imagination and all the real things they put in the movie from todays society. Movie was great. Urban touch with nice imagination and a lot of beautiful bloooodd which we all love. You will like this movie if ur not a tasteless person who can't accept things.lol good flic id watch it again.
Devil's work This country IS blessed for it's unmatched God given freedom. Bobcat is just using the freedom only offered in USA, to rant about his painfull personal question.. "how can people in this country worship crap like this and at the same time never liked me?" Unfortunately for Bob, the answer is all too clear. If you hate the USA, please use your freedom to MOVE OUT because you are likely part of the greater problem!
The price isn't the issue... Judging by the positive reviews for this particular movie it seems as if it was made for people on ego trips. Thinking you're an intellectual step above the majority of America somehow makes you God is abhorrent. To think that suggesting to go on a killing spree of the "ignorant masses" would be considered a viable means of betterment for the U.S.A. Actually making a movie like that, that in itself does indeed show how low our country has fallen. We used to frown upon such behavior, but are now able to sit back and watch people get slaughter regardless the reason, with a big grin on our face. Often times we don't even consider what it is we're watching. Overall that mindset is childish, and has no actual logic or reason within it despite claiming such mental superiority. You see despite our intellect, despite our decisions in life, we are all still precious. We all have worth and importance. Far be it from anyone of us to say otherwise.
Looks good. Either rent it from the market or, spend the gas, the ridiculous prices for popcorn and drinks, sit by or with people coughing, sneezing, being obnoxious, and pay more to watch it in a movie theater. And to all those thinking this is how America solves there problems, take a look into what you trolls are actually taking so seriously, an effing movie, so rent or gtfo, plain and simple
Stupidity at it's stupidest Uselessly stupid foolish And if you love this junk you are all of the above and a silly immature fool.
Hypocrisy The main character would have killed the creators and actors of this film for their stupidity, cruelty, and intolerance. The people who gave this high ratings are the problem with society. Lets all Jump on the ignorant "hate America" band wagon
Just.. (speechless) Don't get me wrong this movie is hypocritical in a "solving violence with violence" way, maybe that's partly the point, but as wild as this movie is.. In the end, sadly, we all can agree with it. Its almost 'reminding' us how messed up America has become by putting in the very way we can only understand it anymore. Over the top and with guns.. God Bless America.
I think reviewing what u haven't seen is stupidity The trailer was good but why would they let me review a movie I haven't seen. Pointless. But I sometimes wish I had a bazuka to blow every stupid driver in front of Me off the road but nobody really gets hurt, like in cartoons.
Could be better. I want to see this movie redone using American, real American sensabilities. Killing socalisists and Communists, black panthers, kkk members NPR radio hosts, CNN and traditional leftist media morons. Ripping progressives heads off. Shooting the idiots who want to cut our military budget. Shoot anyone who supports foreign aid. America for Americans a Damnit.

Rubber
Rubber is the story of Robert, an inanimate tire that has been abandoned in the desert and then suddenly and inexplicably comes to life. As Robert roams the bleak landscape, he discovers that he possesses terrifying telepathic powers that give him the ability to destroy anything he wishes. At first content to prey on discarded objects and small desert creatures, his attention soon turns to humans, especially a beautiful and mysterious woman who crosses his path. Leaving a swath of destruction behind, Robert becomes a chaotic force and truly a movie villain for the ages.
Four Lions
Four Lions tells the story of a group of British jihadists who push their abstract dreams of glory to the breaking point. As the wheels fly off, and their competing ideologies clash, what emerges is an emotionally engaging (and entirely plausible) farce. In a storm of razor-sharp verbal jousting and large-scale set pieces, Four Lions is a comic tour de force; it shows that - while terrorism is about ideology - it can also be about idiots.

Spring Breakers
From visionary director Harmony Korine comes a bold new vision of the seasonal American ritual known as spring break — the bacchanalia of bikinis, beach parties and beer bongs that attracts hordes of college students each year. Brit (Ashley Benson), Faith (Selena Gomez), Candy (Vanessa Hudgens) and Cotty (Rachel Korine) are best friends anxious to cut loose on their own spring break adventure, but they lack sufficient funds. After holding up a restaurant for quick cash, the girls head to the shore in a stolen car for what they discover is the party of a lifetime. They're thrown in jail — but quickly bailed out by Alien (James Franco), a local rapper, drug pusher and arms dealer who lures them into a criminal underbelly that's as lurid as it is liberating for a close-knit gang of girlfriends who are still figuring out their path. With a hallucinatory musical score by Cliff Martinez (DRIVE) and Skrillex, SPRING BREAKERS is an electrifying pop poem to girls gone wild. Harmony Korine unleashes a ferocious, feverish and furiously alive youth quake examining the sensory overload of a new generation of restless youth.
Superhero Movie
Super is as super does: Finally, the guys behind the outrageously silly "Scary Movie" franchise have used their own 'special powers' to spoof superhero movies. After being bitten by a genetically altered dragonfly, high school loser Rick Riker develop superhuman abilities like incredible strength and armored skin. Rick decides to use his new powers for good and becomes a costumed crime fighter known as "The Dragonfly." However, standing in the way of his destiny is the villainous Lou Landers. After an experiment gone wrong, Lou develops the power to steal a person's life force and in a dastardly quest for immortality becomes the supervillain, "The Hourglass." With unimaginable strength, unbelievable speed and deeply uncomfortable tights, will the Dragonfly be able to stop the sands of The Hourglass and save the world? More importantly, will we stop laughing long enough to notice?
Scary Movie 4
"Scary Movie 4", the most hilarious and irreverent installment yet with outrageous send-ups of "War of the Worlds", "The Grudge", "The Village", "Saw" and "Saw II", "Million Dollar Baby" and much more. Legendary comedy director David Zucker and producer Bob Weiss reunite to take aim at some of the best fright films, the latest box office hits, music, current events, pop culture, and your favorite celebrities. Anna Faris and Regina Hall are back as the loveable, dim-witted Cindy Campbell and her self-serving, sex-crazed pal, Brenda, respectively - joined this time around by Craig Bierko, as the cute-but-utterly clueless Tom Ryan. Together, they battle to save the world from a ruthless alien invasion.
Bernie
In the tiny, rural town of Carthage, TX, assistant funeral director Bernie Tiede was one of the town's most beloved residents. He taught Sunday school, sang in the church choir and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Everyone loved and appreciated Bernie, so it came as no surprise when he befriended Marjorie Nugent, an affluent widow who was as well known for her sour attitude as her fortune. Bernie frequently traveled with Marjorie and even managed her banking affairs. Marjorie quickly became fully dependent on Bernie and his generosity and Bernie struggled to meet her increasing demands. Bernie continued to handle her affairs, and the townspeople went months without seeing Marjorie. The people of Carthage were shocked when it was reported that Marjorie Nugent had been dead for some time, and Bernie Tiede was being charged with the murder.
