Tom Huddleston
While the film as a whole may be episodic and wayward, and not always in a good way, the action scenes are uniformly sharp, inventive and gripping.
David Denby
An entertainingly nutty action thriller from the director Joe Wright.
Kenneth Turan
Blessed with considerable virtues, including a clever concept, crackling filmmaking and a charismatic star, it ultimately squanders all of them, undone by an unfortunate lack of subtlety and restraint.
David Edelstein
What keeps us hooked is Ronan, a young actress of seemingly limitless abilities, and the tension she creates between Hanna's inhumanly agile body and quizzical eyes, which turn cold only when she pulls the trigger.
Peter Rainer
This film is bound to give the home-schooling movement a bad name, unless, of course, you're running a home school for assassins.
Lisa Kennedy
"Hanna" plays out as a visceral fairy tale about a naif discovering a world both fascinating and dangerous.

Saoirse Ronan is a talented young actress who tends to be better than the movies she's in. And that tendency holds true with "Hanna," an unsteady thriller that staggers when it should sprint.

Good Movie, lackluster ending The concept isn't original but the film is well cast.Saoirse Ronan is gorgeous and does well with her role even down to many of the fight sequences. Eric Bana's role isn't that prominent but he's good when he is on camera. Cate Blanchett gives a good performance as well although I wanted to see her as more of a cold hearted bltch that deserves to have a 16 yo super soldier murder her in her own compound. Although the pieces are in place for a great film, it never quite goes the distance. Asus Transformer
Great soundtrack, female lead make for a refreshing and enjoyable thriller Chemical brothers do a great job with the music in this action packed film. The concept of the back story is pretty cool though might have been better executed. The characters and scenery are excellent. Definitely worth a watch.
Incredible Great screenplay, good acting, wonderful story. Truly a wonderful movie for hide story and movie buffs; especially independent film fans. I could understand casual movie watchers wouldn't enjoy it much.
Good! Though I found a mix of reviews stating either Hanna is great or awful, I thought it was good, though not a full blown 'action' movie,as it claims. It is definetly worth watching and the soundtrack by The Chemical Brothers is superb.Worth the $3!!
Well... It started off reasonably well, but nose-dived about thirty minutes in. Seemed like the director was more impressed with himself than telling a compelling story...oh, and can anybody tell me how Hannah shot the last arrow? Yeah, thinking and watching this movie--not a good idea.
Worth the $$$ Great quality. Played through perfectly fine without wifi. All bad reviews: get a better phone or make sure you have good service. -Motorola Droid.
Pointless Could've been great. Instead it was pointless and bleak. Disappointing.
Saoirse Ronan is a powerhouse... Saoirse Rohan is UNBELIVEABLE. ..from Atonement, many others, The Way Back, to this performance which should have been Oscar material. Hands down the actress I respect the most to her new role in The Host. She is in for a long and decorated career if desired. She turns her roles into gold, as does her father. About the movie - suspense from the start almost and keeps moving. Her situation is very unique, and she shines with transitions and as the world is revealed to her, of which she becomes aware.
I liked it I watched this on DVD and I loved it. The music is catchy and I love the part when she and Sophie kiss :D it was hawt.
Run Hanna Run This movie reminds me of a German cult classic Run Lola Run. Thoroughly enjoyable movie with Saoirse Ronan image so raw and Cate Blanchett as a super OCD red head. Though Run Lola Run was an artsy film that looped in circles, I give some props to the director that streamline and push the story forward.
Good govt/spy/conspiracy genre Decent story, moves along well. Interesting twist with young woman as protaganist in a story that has been done before. Worth the rental
Terrible With 2 really good characters this was truly bad
Hannah Paid for it and after 12 min said play time expired!! What a ripoff for 3.99
Good Bit confusing at first- to me, one of those movies that well be dprettyifficult to end, I thought it was good :)

The Dark Knight Rises
Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures "The Dark Knight Rises" is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane. MPAA Rating: PG-13 - 2012 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Legendary Pictures Funding, LLC.
