Machete Kills is a film in which style sardonically routs substance, a cloying gag built around the iconic quality of Trejo's matchlessly craggy face, which resembles a plate of sundried corned beef.
James Berardinelli
Machete Kills plays like a joke that's been told a few times too often.
Joe Williams
When a celebrity chef like Rodriguez is just going through the motions, we can smell that the grindhouse fad is way past its expiration date. It's time to put a fork in it.
Adam Graham
"Machete Kills" is barely a movie. It's an inside joke wrapped in a fanboy fantasy, pieced together through a haze of ironic detachment.
Stephen Whitty
Endless assault weapons, exploding helicopters, crashing cars and floors splattered with blood, limbs and entrails, all adding up to nothing.
Dave McGinn
Machete kills, sure. Unfortunately, he overkills.

A nice lunatic movie and very entertaining As for the reviews I only saw the movie after reading the bad reviews cause bad reviews indicate the movie touched a nerve and I like bad movies specially when they say is stupid those are my favorite movies thanks for your reviews guys this movie is a classic:)

So disappointed... I loved the first Machete film! I was so excited to see this one but I was very disappointed. It was boring and stupid and it felt like they just used the same stuff from the first movie. I get that its suppose to be stupid but so was the first one and I loved the first one. This just wasn't enjoyable at all.

An amazingly bad movie This movie is the funniest movie I have seen. All you have to do is remember that this is supposed to be the worst movie of the year, if you remember that then you are going to have a good time. This movie is very gory so if you can't handle gore, don't watch. I would highly recommend and I can't wait for Machete Kills Again in Space!
Great but confusing I honestly don't know what to say about this movie only that I liked it even know it really didn't make any sense to me at all I just somehow like it I mean you have to admit even know its pretty unrealistic it had one hell of a cast it's a shame though like each cast member was killed off the moment they reach the screen
