The script was enough of a mess to stop the shooting for high-priced rewrites, but you know what they say about washing garbage.
Christopher Orr
The movie represents at least a partial return to form--not as inventive as the first, but surely better than the recycled materials that made up the second.
Peter Rainer
It turns out to be reasonably entertaining, though not enough to make me crave Men in Black 4.
Lisa Kennedy
The Smith-Jones duo's return as the titularly clad operatives, while not exactly essential, comes with the charms of reprised, well-liked characters and a "didn't-see-that-coming" conclusion that...
Michael O'Sullivan
If there ever is a "Men in Black IV" -- and at this point, it's hard to imagine one -- let's hope it finds that delicate balance between the yuks and the yucks.
Claudia Puig
This spirited three-quel comes close to the exuberance of the first Men in Black and is a distinct improvement over its limp 2002 follow-up.

Pay attention to the plot people! I love this movie, I have it on dvd and it's great. Although the plot is twisted at first, if you rewatch the movie you may get it. I would explain the plot but I don't want to spoil the movie for you. BUT a tip: the end explains how will smiths "blank" died, and how he became a men in black.

ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES OF 2012 I remember seeing this movie in theaters on a date, it was one of the best times I ever went to the theaters to see a movie, This is Most definitely an EXCELLENT movie and by far the Best Men In Black YET. I hope they decide to make a 4Th one but seeing as they pretty much explained the story in this one its questionable, but if you haven't seen it yet DEFINITELY put it in your collection. That is all
Horrible ! Sucks badly! Good to watch if you having trouble sleeping at night.

Excellently Entertaining I was a huge fan of the Men in Black series dating back to the 1990s original. This movie reminds me of the new Star Trek in the way they tie the old movies in the plot of this movie. The result is a humorous and entertaining experience that adds even more depth to the men in black story. Anyone who has seen the original should see this movie. With that said the one negative to this movie is that you have to see at least the first movie to understand the plot
