Farran Smith Nehme
There is no flair, no suspense, not one frame composed with more in mind than getting a Beavis-type to chortle, "Cool."
Tom Long
As bloodbaths go, this one has some interesting angles. Not THAT interesting, but ...
Jeannette Catsoulis
The expectations raised by the first 20 minutes ... make it all the more disappointing when incoherent slaughter replaces soul-chilling dread.
Robert Abele
"No One Lives" is a cheap horror prank that's ultimately not clever or accomplished enough to sustain its eccentricities, and they are very bloody eccentricities indeed.
Joe Neumaier
There's so much darkness here, it's hard to see anything - literally. Forget the horror and mayhem. Someone needed to turn on the lights.
A.A. Dowd
Most fatally, No One Lives neglects to provide a rooting interest. Great horror movies engender sympathy for the lambs being led to the slaughter.

Bad crazy guy is REALLY bad and crazy. I am sorry for anyone that did not give this movie a four or five. Fabu!! The bad guy achieves exactly what producers and director was going for-weirdness! Main character is so out there that he is almost comically entertaining. Loved it and I am breathlessly waiting for sequel-Please.

Confused? I did not have a clue what was going on in this movie? This is a type of movie I have to watch a third time to understand the plot. Plus, it's pretty much terrible & the acting is even worse! But what do you expect when a movie is produced by WWE Studios! The only good thing that came out of this movie was Luke Evans as the main villian, it was very gory & suspenseful. I highly doubt we get a sequel. But since the hot blonde survived, I would like to see what happens next.

Great horror movie I have to say I was surprised at how well the movie was it as everything you want in a horror movie a little action with a curve ball to throw you off, but no surprises for I have seen enough of the genre to know what's going to happen next. But over all it a great move to rent or buy.

Chloë Grace Moretz (KICK-ASS) stars as Abby, a mysterious 12-year-old who moves in with a man who appears to be her father (Oscar®-nominee Richard Jenkins of THE VISITOR), next door to Owen (Kodi Smit-McPhee of THE ROAD), a social outcast who is viciously bullied at school. In his loneliness, Owen forms a profound bond with his new neighbor Abby, but can't help noticing that she is like no one he has ever met before. As a string of grisly murders grips his wintry New Mexico town, Owen has to confront the reality that this seemingly innocent girl may not be what she seems.
Frozen

Critics have called it "OPEN WATER on a ski lift" and "JAWS in the snow." It remains perhaps the most intense and terrifying film of 2010: As Sunday evening falls, three snowboarding friends decide to take one last run down the slope. Halfway up the mountain, their chair lift stops, the lights go out, and the resort closes for the week. They are stranded, but the worst is still to come. A storm is approaching. Frostbite is setting in. And on the ground below them, a pack of hungry wolves have gathered to wait. Kevin Zegers (DAWN OF THE DEAD, WRONG TURN), Shawn Ashmore (X-MEN, THE RUINS), and Emma Bell star in the relentlessly chilling thriller from writer/director Adam Green (HATCHET) that Harry Knowles of Ain't It Cool News hails as "a vicious, scary and horrifying experience...FROZEN is a howling good time!"

But when they leave the main road to look for their hotel they quickly become hopelessly lost. Misleading road signs send them in circles and soon night sets in. As their anxiety escalates they discover they are not alone, and this sadistic game spirals into a white-knuckle ride for survival. Costars Allen Leech (TV's DOWNTON ABBEY, THE IMITATION GAME).

Unbeknownst to them, their new home is actually one of the seven known gateways to Hell. The family's quiet new beginning is savagely derailed by a charismatic but emotionally conflicted man of the cloth. Directed by the protégé of Oscar®-Winner Gore Verbinski, this heart-pounding thriller costars Ethan Gregory Peck (THE SORCERER'S APPRENTICE).
