Nigel Floyd
Alvart achieves a strong sense of scale, but characters and ideas are lost amid a mess of fight scenes that, oddly, look like outtakes from 'The Descent'.
Michelle Orange
The script's twisty, end-of-the-world intrigue saves this otherwise leaden film from total self-destruction.
Keith Uhlich
As the credit "Produced by Paul W.S. Anderson" attests, this is hackwork of the highest order, lacking in all poetry and barely comprehensible aurally or visually.
Jeannette Catsoulis
According to the press notes, pandorum means "Orbital Dysfunctional Syndrome"; whatever that is, by the end of the movie I was convinced I had caught it.
Frank Scheck
A grizzled Quaid and an intense Foster do their best to keep straight faces, but this is not an effort likely to figure prominently on their resumes.
Clark Collis
As always, Foster sells the hell out of his role but non-sci-fi fans may well themselves be driven mad long before the end.

The sort of thing that makes you wish you were playing a video game instead.

Pandorum I didn't like Sci-fi movies intill I watched Pandorum. Its dark and scary, very realistic. Its full of action, speical effects, and great acting. After watching the movie I had to check to see if the movie won any Oscars, but sadly critics disliked the movie. For the movie was "to dark". Well, the set was dark because the space ship's power was going out. This is not a movie for children and stupid people. I recomend to teens and young adults. The front cover may be a little misleeding. The movies not about people being tortured, infact it the cords going into the arms skin ceep the person alive. Rent this movie and injoy the magnifisent film that was made for you.
Pandorum A superb, believable movie about a "generational starship" where everything goes to hell! I have trying to find this since seeing it once on HBO years ago. The script is hard to follow at times but stick with it. The set of the movie is realistic , acting is spot-on. Ben Foster stands out, and the ending blew me away. Great movie
One of the best I have to give a solid 5 since it had my attention the whole time. Makes me scared of the future.
Loved it. INTERESTING PLOT. It's hard to get what's going on tell the end. But the direction and story was well done. It's one of those you'll want to watch again to understand the early parts that you didn't get tell the end. DEFIANTLY NEED TO WATCH!!!
Awesome movie Loved the whole thing. In a way kinda reminded me of the first dead space
Very good! I'm a big scifi fan of somewhat cerebral scripts. I espescially like stories of human colonisation of alien planets and or the stories about the voyage on the way there. [like Allen Steeles Coyote series] If you like movies like that, this will fit the bill nicely.
Almost overlooked this sci fi gem Checked this out on Netflix months ago and was pleasantly surprised, well worth the viewing time
Love it! I loved the cast. Original storytelling and good special effects!
Great movie I felt the acting was good. The suspense was good. And the ending was great.
Great movie! Somewhere between Prometheus and Event Horizon.......all great!

Singularity Principle
Synopsis: Singularity Principle is a feature length science-fiction film about the consequences of renegade experiments into Parallel Universes. Co-written and directed by Austin Hines and by physicist Dr. David Deranian, the film pays particular attention to accurate scientific detail and uses the fascinating science of parallel universes to bring audiences a story that will both illuminate and entertain.
The story starts off with the disappearance of noted scientist Professor Jack Brenner (John Diehl) during a fateful parallel universe experiment. Jack's protege, Dr. Peter Tanning (Michael Denis) is being interrogated by Dr. Lawrence Cason (William B. Davis) of a clandestine Black-Ops Agency to learn about the experiment and to find out what happened to Jack Brenner. Lawrence makes it clear that he wants to know everything about the experiment, including how parallel universes can be manipulated.
The story unfolds with Peter describing the events of the experiment up to the fateful day where Jack Brenner disappears. Lawrence pushes Peter relentlessly to tell what happened but also recounts his own past with Jack Brenner. This is all in an effort to persuade Peter to work for the Agency, continuing his research for the Agency's interests which involve controlling gateways to, and the people in, other universes.
The filmmakers of Singularity Principle are excited to be working with Big Screen Entertainment Group for the promotion and distribution of this ground breaking science-fiction film on Parallel Universes.
