These ingredients are digitally present and correct, but Hogan fails to inject much excitement into the many boisterous action sequences.
Carla Meyer
A dazzling retelling of the J.M. Barrie tale.
Desson Thomson
With only a few exceptions, the performances (and the script) range between dull and mediocre.
Ann Hornaday
In this incarnation, Peter is imbued with a greater degree of psychological darkness than before.
Mike Clark
Familiarity doesn't exactly breed contempt, yet despite the novelty of a real boy as Peter, the movie does engender a listless been-there / eaten-that reaction.
Susan Walker
A tribute to the power of good storytelling.

Little children may find it a bit scary ... but it's a warmhearted and often magical adventure.

A preteen version of the original Peter Pan I love it!!!!!!!! It is sooooooo good. Full of action and adventure and awesomeness! Love it!!!!!!!! My all time FAVORITE movie!!! I even memorized every single word after watching it 3 times! Ever since I was 6, I have loved Peter Pan and I still do. All the books and the movies rock. I have loved the story of Peter Pan almost all my life!!

Did not get its just rewards when it came out It (as a Peter Pan movie) is vastly superior to any vapid crap Disney has put out (that's right, I said it) or any of the mirade so-so extension stories (Hook, anyone?). What it is is a concise and wonderful translation of the original Barrie story that isn't afraid to dip into some of its darker and disturbing elements. Captain Hook shoots people on screen (like any pirate would), scarier scenes of Neverland are shown, and Wendy is definitely all about getting in Peter's pan. This latter subject isn't overdone, like some detractors of the film might have you believe, but it is realistic and unapologetic. The effects are also quite magical, as Peter's should be. Add to it a superb musical score and an actual un-annoying band of Lost Boys (plus a hot-as-crepes French Tinkerbell), and you have the best version of Peter Pan out there.
GREAT MOVIE!!!! This is the exact way Peter Pan should be. This is an amazing movie! You couldn't compair the others to it. It's accompanied by the amazing actors Jeremy Sumpter, and Rachel Rud- Wood. They made the movie all the more interesting, exciting, never-forgetting, and thrilling. There couldn't have been a better mix of characters, adventures, themes, stories, and feeling(s). Thanks for the adventures :))))))
I love this movie it has everything u would ever want in a movie it has . Action, romance, adventure, and a love story all mashed in one its the best if u don't like this movie u suck This movie is the best I love it if only I had the DVD it would be better but shout out to the people that made this movie
Best movie EVER! I've watched this movie so many times that I've memorized each and every single word! So that obviously means I love it!

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
In Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry returns for his fifth year of study at Hogwarts only to discover that much of the wizarding community has been led to believe that the story of the teenager's recent encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort is a lie, putting Harry's integrity in question. Worse, the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, has appointed a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher, the duplicitous Professor Dolores Umbridge. But Professor Umbridge's "Ministry-approved" course of defensive magic leaves the young wizards woefully unprepared to defend themselves against the Dark Forces threatening them, so at the prompting of his friends Hermione and Ron, Harry is convinced to take matters into his own hands. Meeting secretly with a small group of students who name themselves "Dumbledore's Army," Harry teaches them how to defend themselves against the Dark Arts, preparing the courageous young wizards for the extraordinary battle that lies ahead. The Dark Knight Rises
Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures "The Dark Knight Rises" is the epic conclusion to filmmaker Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane. MPAA Rating: PG-13 - 2012 Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Legendary Pictures Funding, LLC. BATMAN, THE DARK KNIGHT, and all related characters and elements are trademarks of and DC Comics.
