Peter Rainer
It's ironic: After all these years of surviving everything that has been thrown at him, James Bond is finally being undone by his own team.
A.O. Scott
Quantum of Solace prompts the question: Is revenge the only possible motive for large-scale movie heroism these days?
Joe Morgenstern
Quantum of Solace is a model of mediocrity, even though Daniel Craig gives his all to a production that doesn't deserve him.
Ann Hornaday
The Quantum of Solace filmmakers have produced a super-serious, often visually incoherent travelogue of revenge and trumped-up angst.
Dana Stevens
Forster, a director of upscale tearjerkers, has no feel for action sequences. The big chases, of which there are several, could all be replaced with a title card reading, 'Insert action here'.
Stephanie Zacharek
Quantum of Solace is best when director Marc Forster allows his star the latitude to explore emotions that, until Craig stepped into the shoes of the character, we didn't know Bond had.

Solid follow-up and "finish" to Bond's origin While not as revolutionary as Casino Royale nor as slick as Brosnan's outings as the character, this Bond film solidly finishes the story started with Daniel Craig becoming the iconic spy. The story is certainly messier (so is lots of the camera work) but it is a great follow-up and good Bond movie. The opening chase is probably one of the best I've seen put to film (take _that_ Ronin!).
Good Bond film. I'm not trying to start an argument, but Die Another Day was solid E.J. Plus, Quantum of Solace was overwhelming, but was action packed from begining to end. And Daniel Craig was badass as 007. (Like always)
Worst Bond since Die Another Day Along with MGM's bankruptcy, this movie threatened to end Bond. No exaggeration.
Under rated Bond film The 2nd Craig film is heavy on action & the darkest Bond film ever. This direct sequel to Casino Royale is very under rated & well acted. Craig is fantastic as always as Bond!
Good sequel! I am glad 007 movies finally have continuation, a real plot, :-)

The Amazing Spider-Man 2
It's great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there's no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than he.
