Superman at his best - Teaching the world..again.. Hood-Speak aside, I believe this is one of the best DC Animated movies created thus far. Superman is, and always will be, the pinnacle of the DC universe, both in morals and in character, and this movie illustrates why he deserves that title. The writers took the story " Whats so Funny about Truth, Justice, And the American Way" and did a spectacular job translating it to animation,This movie could almost be live action, for the amount of depth it has. The underlying morality play of " they're just terrorists, why not just shoot them all?" is a huge current event issue, and as an American, I even understood and tolerated the slight anti-American/anti-capitalist sentiment of the villain/hero/villain. This, Wonder Woman, And Justice League: The New Frontier could all be great live action movies , if given to the right people. .......and yes..."Das Hot"

Wow I have to say that the writers for this are good. Watching how super can turn the tables and act like a bad guy was good. Get scared when you think he will kill

Story and animation below par Animation was cartoony. Also, the story ripped off elements of Kingdom Come... replacing Magog with the Elite as the 'new breed' of superhero, one willing to kill. However, the aftereffects of choosing the new breed was greatly reduced in this. Also, it almost had a Scooby-doo ending, with Superman explaining everything that happened that led to the 'bad guy' being captured. All the was missing was Krypto the superdog showing up to do a Scooby laugh before the credits rolled.

Good for what it is It's good for a Superman fan, which I'm not. Got real interesting towards the end before falling back into the normal formula for the man of steel.

Ok, ok Im not really a Superman fan. I dont like his methods sometimes. He will stand there and take a direct hit from a missle or laser beams that will knock him down for a couple of seconds. Where as Batman will find a way to dodge or redirect things like that. I know, Superman is super and he can take it but he also has super speed and can dodge it as well. Well when I played Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes I honestly got a new respect for Superman. That led me to watch this movie. To me it still had the same "Superman formula" but it was altered slightly in another direction. I look forward to seeing more action anime if they continue the route they're taking.

Good not great The art style really pulls you out of the movie. The story they are trying to tell is important, so it is worth watching.
Two thumbs up Love it love it superman at the end omg had me acting like a 10 year old all over again getting to excited lol watched it like 4 times
Okay moive Cheesy but... most movies are so lame these days. Not a total waste of my time. Recommend watching if your'e really bored.
Love Superman vs The Elite! Awesome, awesome movie! DC Entertainment always do a great job making good super hero animated movie. I would recommend this to all comic book readers.
Good. Not worth $18HD though This is on Netflix. 10.99HD at the most. Better story than some of the real movies. That's sad actually. Maybe these guys should write stories for the big screen and make movies like Marvel would. The new Batman is the best DC Warner Bro movies ever though.
Superman vs. the Elite I like it I think it would be a great movie to watch alot of action, and super exposition
DC does not disappoint with animated movies A lot of fun to watch, although I miss handsome face Superman/Clark Kent
