Anna Smith
'The Debt' tackles themes of humanity, revenge and truth so successfully it's hard not to find it powerful - even if it's not the Oscar bait it might have hoped to be.
David Edelstein
After a gripping first half, turns into one howler after another. And yet it's still gripping.
Anthony Lane
There is an awkward, irresoluble tension between the movie's urge to thrill and the weighty pull of the historical obligations that it seeks to assume. How much, to be blunt, should we be enjoying...
Christopher Orr
Vogel's introduction, 'This is my hand, and this is the speculum,' may at last have displaced the 'Is it safe?' of Christian Szell--another Mengele stand-in--as the most discomfiting sentence ever...

Good film, good cast This is a good thriller that has some really interesting editing and transitions. The Debt is also well cast even though this isn't Helen Mirren's best role. It's not a question of talent but I found her character to be uninteresting. Young Stephan was a much more interesting character and Sam Worthington's David was a missed opportunity. A bit more back story would have been nice for him. Overall, a good film, worth the rent.

Very good movie Nice story, it is a little slow and hard to understand in the beginning but it got better with time. Enjoyed it
Updated review Re downloaded. Watched it. It was a little slower than I thought, but still a great movie. The end left u hanging a bit but I like that! Definitely worth watching, but if your all action, maybe wait for netflix
Little slow The movie has a good plot and good acting but it isn't quite there. Parts are slow and they make the movie feel longer than it should.
Not very good Its not dramatic enough to be a drama and not exciting or action packed enough to be a thriller or action movie. I thought the idea was kind of cool but I didn't enjoy it as much as I'd thought I would
Love It Best movie ever I saw it last night thinking wat was goin 2 happen next.
WOW I THOUGHT THIS MOVIE WAS GOING TO SUCK. IT WAS ACTUALLY AN OK MOVIE TO WATCH
PRETTY GOOD SAW THIS ON THE BIG SCREEN AND IT WAS PRETTY GOOD. THE NAZI DOCTOR SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN ACADEMY AWARD FOR HIS PERFORMANCE
The Debt Looks very interesting. A little Hollywood, but not enough to ruin the intended illusion. I'll definately see it!
Ispy I like the genre and thought this was just different enough from the usual to make it worth watching.c
