The sleek computer animation is spellbinding as usual.
Bombastic finale aside, it's a cut (and an age-range) above the simplicities of Finding Nemo.
Andrew Sarris
The often wry and pointed dialogue reminded me of the glory days of radio.
Anthony Lane
The folks at the movie's heart are exaggerated way beyond our capacities but not quite beyond our imaginings. The title is unjust; these are the very slightly credibles.
James Berardinelli
Exemplary mixture of top-notch storytelling, visual razzle-dazzle, accessible humor, and involving action.
Stephanie Zacharek
The Incredibles has that rare quality of feeling modern and classic at the same time.

One of my favorite animated movies ever! Alongside Finding Nemo, The Incredibles is definitely one of my favorite animated movies of all time. I'm not so much a fan of the superhero genre, which I feel is overly saturated these days, but this movie is highly entertaining. The humor is very understated and witty, the characters are nuanced and quirky, and the plot is moves at a brisk pace. It's not quite the visual stunner that Finding Nemo is, but the animation is top-notch in its own rite. Still watch it regularly.
Brilliant I love this movie. The overriding themes in the story are applicable to us all. There's the "being forced into the cubicle" line. There's the successful woman who gives up everything to raise her children. And the "we all get to be winners" rigamarole that some folks try to teach their children. Very adult themes, but the movie is easily accessible to children. Action, little bit of slapstick, and the story flows along nicely. Some truly wonderful scenes. The part about how to design a superhero costume is magnificent fun. The animation, as you would imagine, is top-notch. It's enjoyable to watch over and over when my son is watching. Very highly recommend this movie.

The only Pixar I've given less than 5 stars to and wouldn't care to own, either. That's because the "villain" is so painfully, woefully, and unbelievably not in keeping with Pixar's level of watchability that I've come to expect. Most other of their movies I revel in watching repeatedly. Not this one, in spite of how good all the parts without him.
Great Pixar Adventure This is one of Pixar/Disney best films. Great story, loveable characters, good comedy. A winner!
Oh yes This is a classic. I love it. Funny, adventurous, witty, cute, cleverly imaginative and totally wicked!
My four year old loved it and I enjoyed it My two year old was indifferent. Good movie.
I love it I never get tired of watching it I've seen it literally a few thousand times and it never gets old I've been watching it since it was in theaters and I got it when it came out on DVD and every time it comes on Disney DX Disney channel or ABC family I always watch it
The Incredibles Very easy movie to enjoy and laugh with! ;-)
