Great movie. I loved this movie. Great story of revenge and taking down the bad guys. This guy is a great actor and is very convincing in this role. Awesome.
Matt Jensen
Amazing film Beautifully rendered and choreographed, a work of pure and beligerant win and kill, on my permanent top 10 out of the literal tens of thousands of movies I've so far seen.
Don't Look
Amazing This is hands down the best action movie I've ever seen. It starts off slow but the end is amazing. You have to at least rent it. It's just that good. I think it's subtitled but you keep up so well you really forget they're there.
William Aradi
Don't believe all the fake "best action film in years" nonsense. Limited action really. Pretty good story though...draws you in. Subtitles were off 7-10 seconds most of the movie. Not bad for 0.99
Colin Cassidy
Good action The action in the fight scenes is great and the plot is gritty but not over the top that it takes away from the fights and stuff.
Simon Kelly
Interesting, atmospheric BUT... .... the subtitles were lagging about 7 sec , so it was really REALLY hard to know who was saying what and that irked me a lot.

May Story
Drama
2
It is May 2008. The South Korean city of Gwangju, will commemorate the May 18th 1980 uprising in style. They will stage a grand re-enactment of the scenes of the May uprising 25 years earlier, when martial law troops killed civilians, including women and children, who were simply exercising their democratic right to assemble and protest, in the early days of the South Korean democracy. The May 1980 has ever since been a dark stain on South Korean history. For the re-enactment, two groups of Gwangju citizens will play the roles of Citizen Army on the one hand, and of the Martial-law troops on the other, and confront each other in the square in front of the provincial government's civic center. The movie begins with stark documentary footage dealing with the actual event. Gradually, the story of Soonji and Jaegu during the re-enactment takes hold. Before long, the historic facts and fiction run against each other, as Soonji remembers her parent's plight of earlier times. As the reenactment groups collide, so do the facts of Soonji's life and the fiction she is now engaged in, until she can no long separate fact from fiction. A poetic, high production value coming of age film set against the backdrop of history.
