Around every corner is a new twist, a strategically placed misdirection or another switch of predator and prey. But while the gamesmanship is satisfying in moderation, it becomes a little...
Elizabeth Weitzman
Crawford radiates charisma, and Pierce sells even the nuttiest moments.
John Anderson
The less one knows about this perverse thriller from debuting director Nick Tomnay the better; a full appreciation of its delights lies in its revelations.
Robert Abele
What aims for Hitchcockian slyness ends up an inconsequential jumble in the comedy thriller "The Perfect Host."
V.A. Musetto
Ultimately breaks down under the weight of too many characters and unbelievable twists.
Stephen Holden
Not even Mr. Pierce's best efforts can make sense of a character who by the end of the film seems to be a completely different person with the same name.

Surprisingly good The tailer sold me on seeing this and I'm glad I did. This could have just been another silence of the lamb rip off but it was so much more. David Hyde Pierce is such a great actor and played his role perfect like any role he's ever done. Much praise to the rest of the cast for well done and believable acting. This movie had me from beginning to end and I shall tell everyone I know about it. :)
Awesome! One of the most suspenseful, well acted films I've ever seen!
Amazing! Just when you think you've figured the movie out, there's more twists and turns. Simply amazing.

Parkland
November 22, 1963 is a day that changed the world forever when beloved American President John F. Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. PARKLAND is the true story behind that tragic day, told from the vantage point of individuals who are forced to make split-second decisions after this incomprehensible event that will change the world's landscape forever: the young doctors and nurses at Parkland Hospital, the chief of the Dallas Secret Service, the unwitting cameraman who captured what has become the most examined film in history, the FBI Agents who had gunman Lee Harvey Oswald within their grasp and Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson who had to take control of a country in a moment's notice. Thrust into a scenario with unimaginable consequences, these key figures respond with shock, outrage, determination and courage. Woven together, their seemingly disparate perspectives create one of the most thrilling and powerful stories never told.
Good People
Young American couple Tom and Anna Reed (James Franco and Kate Hudson) fall into severe debt while renovating Anna's family home in London. As the couple faces the loss of their dream to have a house and start a family, they discover that the tenant in the apartment below them has been murdered and he left behind a stash of cash—$400,000 worth. Though initially hesitant, Tom and Anna decide that the plan is simple: all they have to do is quietly take the money and use only what's necessary to get them out of debt. But when they start spending the money and can't seem to stop, they find themselves the target of a deadly adversary—the thief who stole it—and that's when very bad things start happening to good people.
The Summit
In August, 2008, 18 mountain climbers reached the top of K2. 48 hours later, 11 people were dead. While memorials paid tribute to those killed, there were also condemnations about 'the why.' Why do these athletes risk everything to reach a place humans are simply not meant to go? With breathtaking cinematography and jaw dropping reenactments based on the testimony of those who survived the climb, this thrilling film is about the very nature of adventure in the modern world.
