Rene Rodriguez
You have to overlook a whole lot of guff in order to enjoy the slight but pleasurable entertainment of The Switch.
Trevor Johnston
There's much to enjoy, if not quite enough to disguise the film's essential awkwardness in trying to cover too many bases.
Joe Williams
There aren't enough surprises to justify the title, but The Switch produces sufficient light for a late-summer diversion.
Lisa Kennedy
The comedy itself suffers from awkward scheduling. Though this isn't its only wrinkle.
Tom Long
It's not a bad film, really, just sort of average. But Bateman is so good in it -- natural, funny, yet full of real emotion -- that you immediately want to see him again in a better film.
Peter Rainer
Aside from the fact that it's all too entirely predictable, The Switch is a pleasant enough end-of-the-summer time killer.

Jason Bateman is great I love Jason Bateman and all of his stuff, I think he's simply hilarious. Him combined with Jeff Goldblum are "awkward hilarity" at it's best. Funny story, nothing new here but a good laugh that'll make you feel warm and fuzzy after...obviously.
Great! Great movie! I recommend it to anyone with a funny sense of humor. If it is hard for you to understand jokes don't bother lol
I loved this movie! It is very believable. I know people going through this (similar anyway). Jason Bateman was fantastic. One of Jennifer Aniston's best movies. The acting was great, the story is NOW. A wonderful feel good movie.
Loved it! Thought this was a well rounded movie with a awesome cast. Jeff Goldblum is always a great choice!!!
Good Sunday night movie! Great movie, light and easy with a nice meaning. Enjoy!
Too long to download... Took like 5 minutes to download 2% on a good 4 g connection.....worthless....won't be spending another dime on movies here.....Google play store sucks.....Motorola Xoom ice cream sandwich...
Enjoyable Able to watch with no problem. Great playback. Loved and enjoyed the movie very much.
I'm a straight guy This movie is amazing definitely one of my favs, cause the kid reminds me alot of myself as an adolescent. Plus jennifer is freaking hot as hell. Enjoy!
Must be owned by Lionsgate! Because we can't buy it. They've released this on all other platforms, including Android apps like VuDu and Cinema Now, but won't release it to Google Play. BOO LIONSGATE!
Predictable... Is the new unpredictable. Try not to sever a limb with a fork, yours or someone else's.

Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, who last teamed in the box-office smash Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, now star in Step Brothers, directed by Adam McKay (Talladega Nights). In Step Brothers, Ferrell plays Brennan Huff, a sporadically employed thirty-nine-year-old who lives with his mother, Nancy (Mary Steenburgen). Reilly plays Dale Doback, a terminally unemployed forty-year-old who lives with his father, Robert (Richard Jenkins). When Robert and Nancy marry and move in together, Brennan and Dale are forced to live with each other as step brothers. As their narcissism and downright aggressive laziness threaten to tear the family apart, these two middle-aged, immature, overgrown boys will orchestrate an insane, elaborate plan to bring their parents back together. To pull it off, they must form an unlikely bond that maybe, just maybe, will finally get them out of the house. (c) 2008 Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. and Beverly Blvd LLC. All Rights Reserved.
