Plot Summary
A working class Irish family is caught up in a zombie invasion of Dublin, Ireland. When their son, Billy, becomes a zombie the family chooses to take care of him in the home much to the chagrin of the neighbors and the local crime boss. Meanwhile, they've invited an American documentarian to film their situation and the film crew is caught up in the mayhem. Will the family prove that blood is thicker than water or will their love lead to their eventual doom? One thing is clear, for the zombies in Ireland, the famine is definitely over.

Better Than Your Average Zombie Movie
There are a lot of bad zombie movies out there - which is why I get excited when a movie like this one comes along!
In a genre that will never die - no pun intended - this film does a great job of bringing originality back to the game.
If you like plenty of gore and gorging zombies with a thoughtful storyline to boot, you won't be disappointed.
Great Movie!
There have been a lot of entries in the zombie movie genre over the past few years but this film does something original in making the zombie film focus around a family drama/documentary. Its a strange fusion of genres, a hybrid. In ways it has a connection to The Exorcist but with much more humor and plenty of stomach churning gore. I was surprised by this film a lot as I didn't know what to expect. Some parts disturbed the hell out of me for days.
Overall I would recommend this film to anyone who has seen everything in horror before and wants to see something unique.

I was wholly impressed - who knew that there was still so much left in the Zombie genre? Holy hell there were some disturbing scenes. Man, what a fun movie.
