Plot Summary

Emmy-winner Beau Bridges ("Without Warning: The James Brady Story," "The Fabulous Baker Boys") stars in a tale of high adventure and romance set in the wild Australian bush of the 1840s. As an American unjustly imprisoned in a penal colony, he enlists a motley crew of thieves and con artists to help make his escape.

Adam's Woman is great

I was so taken by this movie years ago when it originally came out. This is a great story about two diamonds in the rough who grow into something beautiful. Jane Merrow and Beau Bridges give great performances. It is one of those films that is certainly of its era and has an Austrailian feel and score, but it grows on you and you will watch it over and over. It will inspire you.
