Plot Summary
Bailey has settled into his new home and has a crush on a female dog from the "other side of the fence.” When her brother Felix is stolen, Bailey and his brother, Duke, set out to find him and keep him from being sold at "the Exchange" in historic Cowtown. Chaos ensues as they face one comical obstacle after another in trying to rescue Felix. Will Bailey save Felix and win the love of his sweetheart?
