Plot Summary

Set at a Renaissance Faire—unique societies of actors, singers, ale merchants and other crafts people dedicated to preserving the golden age of the European Renaissance—All’s Faire in Love is a film reminiscent of such films as Shakespeare in Love and The Princess Bride. The take begins when football star Will arrives at the Renaissance Faire to work off his class obligation to Professor Shockworthy by joining the rag-tag Greenbriar Theatre Troupe. Kate, is a performer who leaves her banking job to join her cousin Jo on stage at the Faire. Will and Kate get the chance to prove themselves when the Faire’s chief benefactress creates a competition to determine who will be a “Royal” or a “Peasant” threatening to hand over the Troupe’s coveted Shakespearean stage to a devious Troupe of Royals lead by Rank. Will and Kate must overcome the treachery to prove their worth, win the day and perhaps fall in love.
