If you haven't seen American Meth, you need to!! I actually implore and challenge everyone to see this riveting film by Justin Hunt and narrated by Val Kilmer. Through a variety of poignant interviews it exposes and explores how methamphetamine (Meth) infiltrates everyday life and the toll it takes on the addicts, their children and families, and our culture as a whole. Meth addiction takes no prisoners, shows no mercy, and doesn't discriminate who it takes down. The legacy it leaves behind isn't pretty. As parents, local, state, and national leaders & officials, and judicial system professionals we have a responsibility and obligation to be aware and be informed of how this insidious drug wrecks havoc. It's 40 times stronger than heroin, and just ONE HIT is enough to keep one addicted! Overall this film is extremely eye-opening and informative and well worth your time to watch! In addition to that, the sound track is pretty stellar as well!
Awesome, impacting, real life
Meth is a huge problem that seems to be getting worse and worse. Too many people turn their heads and act like its not there. FINALLY someone is trying to open eyes to this horrible drug and life style. Thank you Mr. Hunt for the work your dedicating yourself too! The world needs more people like you!
Not your average documentary.
This movie is not your average documentary. Not only is it incredibly enlightening but it's also deeply touching and in my case quite emotional to watch. Very well done. Highly recommend.
