Plot Summary
Scottie, a singer whose substance abuse causes her career to implode, hides out in the Mojave Desert. Her life changes when she inherits a bar in South Carolina. Her ex-boyfriend steals her trailer and throws her out into the desert night. Scottie takes nothing but her tears and guitar. When she sees the dilapidated bar, she’s horrified. Scottie has to battle raging motorcycle clubs, gang-bangers, Satan himself and a neighbor hell bent on sabotaging her efforts. This film is an emotional adventure about the will of a woman and her brother who find the strength to overcome seemingly insurmountable odds.

Watch an old Elvis movie instead!
As an early fan of Dilana, I had wanted to see this movie for a long time. After following her on Facebook and hearing her most recent album, the desire had faded but I was flying and needed a movie to watch so I pulled the trigger. The movie reminded me of a bad Elvis movie. Terrible acting and good music. I have gone from a fan to something other. Need to kill a couple hours? Read a book!
