Plot Summary

Moran, a suicidal terrorist holds Europe in the balance with a denotator chip to a nuclear weapon located in his body. Set to go off if Moran dies, this chip becomes an important piece of equipment when the villainous figure is injured and knocked unconscious. Weapons experts and biological scientists now team together under the leadership of Richard Gaynes (Lance Henriksen) to explore the bloodstream of the subject in the hopes of finding the device that controls Europe's fate.
