Plot Summary

Robert Diggs (Christian Slater), a former FBI agent, finds himself back in the life of detective work when an unknown vigilante begins killing high-priority terrorists off America's Most Wanted list. While tracking down the killer, Diggs comes across a sexy, belly-dancing redhead named Ursula. For once, Diggs is able to move beyond the painful memory of his wife's tragic death as he falls for the mysterious woman. Little does he know that Ursula is actually an assassin that has been trained to kill since she was a child, thanks to a rogue government project. Reminiscent of the Manchurian Candidate, she is a brainwashed teacher named Vicki by day, a sexy belly dancer by night, and a ruthless killer when her handlers call.
