Plot Summary

Ted Davis (David DeLuise) is not crazy enough to think he's God's gift to women - just optimistic enough to think that women are God's gift to him. However, one day a mysterious brunette named Heather (Missi Pyle) moves in next door. She's beautiful, long-legged, athletic, and loud.
