Plot Summary
At 31, Jen realizes that she and husband Jesse married too young, and have grown too far apart. Jesse doesn't see it that way: a connection like theirs comes along only once in a lifetime and he doesn't want to squander it. He has one final chance to convince her, at the annual Halloween party thrown in Brooklyn by their old college friends Kevin and Julie (who, as it turns out, have drama and secrets of their own). “Bastards of Young” is a revealing look at the absurdities and complications of early adult life, posing the central question of creeping adulthood: Is the life we once imagined for ourselves still what we want?

So good, SO good, SO GOOD.
The decisions and dilemmas of young adulthood, and the supportive friends and crazy friends, are depicted so well that I can recall them, even at my advanced age. Really well done. Bravo.
