Plot Summary

Bending Colours takes a distorted look at professional surfer Jordy Smith, changing the audience's perspective on what form a surfing film can take. Filmed on location in Indonesia, Australia, Cape Town South Africa, Reunion, Tahiti, Puerto Rico, France, and Hawaii. Red Bull Media House and Kai Neville Studio dissolve perceptions of movement on the superhighway of performance surfing. Bending Colours is the year-long journey of surfing icon Jordy Smith, one of those rare athletes who delivers on the promises he offered as a teenage prodigy.

Redbull does it again, Jordy Smith is sensational…Airs, out of this realm…Go get it, sit back, relax and enjoy.
Sick
I've watched a lot of recent surf films (still filthy, modern collective, castles in sky, drifter, melali sessions, intersection, endless summers, step into liquid, sept sessions, thicker than water, etc) and must say I really enjoyed this one. Wish it was maybe a little longer but I can watch it over and over. Definitely a good deal at $9.99. Jordy dominates.
Jordys sick, movies not
way too much artsy stuff "filler" in this movie for my liking. The surfings great, would like to see a little more size here and there, and the music is sick too… But the artsy stuff in this movie isn't even good, its just filler, and way too much of it , and thats the reason i give 3 stars.
