Plot Summary
Tropico, California is a desert town in the middle of nowhere where nothing ever happens...that is until a botched robbery leaves Nick (Alessandro Nivola) 48 hours to pay up or die. Desperate, Nick and his girlfriend Lissa (Reese Witherspoon) undertake drastic measures to get their hands on some fast cash. Nick is running out of time when his old friend Bryce (Josh Brolin) comes back to town, a seemingly easy mark who holds the ticket to the couple's salvation. Before long, Nick, Lissa, and Bryce find themselves entwined in a dangerous web of betrayal and seduction that could either save their lives or get them killed.

Not the best
I had very high expectations for this movie (I am a huge Reese Witherspoon fan) and was very disappointed. The acting was okay, but the plot was very boring. I kept watching, waiting for it to get interesting but sadly it didn't. The twists are alright in the movie, but I've seen better. I'd reccomend Wild Things over this.

Even though I love Resse Witherspoon, this movie is really bad. Don't waste your money.
