Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: Bigger, Stronger, Faster* left me convinced that the steroid scandals will abate as the drugs are reluctantly accepted as inevitable products of a continuing revolution in biotechnology.
Fresh: It's a fascinating and unexpectedly profound and melancholy meditation on what we have become as a country and on the misguided obsessions that made us this way.
Fresh: A lively and incisive look into the nation's growing preoccupation with pumped-up superlatives.
Fresh: It'll shake up your beliefs not just about steroids but about competition, hypocrisy, body obsession and American notions of masculinity.

Surprising Great Movie/Documentary
I rented this movie assuming it would be an attack on steriod use. Instead, it is an even-handed examination of "enhancements" used by everyone from weight lifters to golfers to musicians. What elevates the movie to the great level is the subject matter is very close to home for the director/screenwriter. Christopher Bell experimented with steriod use himself in college and his two brothers have never been able to stop using steriods.
A Must See
Very appealing...a must see for any sports fan.
Great Movie!
What a great movie. Chris Bell definitely has a future making movies. He told a story that was emotional, funny and informative and he told that story with humor, love and understanding. He did an incredible job of presenting both sides of the debate of steroids in a clear, concise and fair manner. What a wonderful family to open themselves up the way they did. Some of the hardest moments of the film came from Chris’s parents – but their love always came through. As a female who has never used steroids, but whose younger brother did, I would recommend this movie to every one – it is information worth knowing. Well Done!
