Top Critics' Reviews
Fresh: [A] marvelous documentary.
Fresh: Whatever this Times-produced, TV-ready tribute lacks in tension is amply compensated by the pleasure of watching an enthusiast ply the craft he loves.
Fresh: Here is a movie about a happy and nice man.
Fresh: It's not just what he does. It's who he is. And he approaches it with such unbridled passion and joy that you can't help but sharing in it; absolutely no knowledge or love of fashion is required.

Marvelous Bill
Bill Cunningham is a jewel of a human being. There are moments of discovery when you see how this mysterious man lives, how he gets around and why he captures the images he does. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. It is the most New York story that will lift you up, make you ooh and ahh and possibly evoke a bit of emotion at one point of Bill Cunningham's journey through his passion of capturing interesting people and the way they express themselves though fashion. We all dress for Bill.
I Love You Bill
Well done. This was so wonderful to see the man behind his camera and see how he lives. I have been a big follower of his work in the NYT, its always a magical moment to watch his videos. What a marvelous human being and great to see lots of old New Yorkers. So inspiring on many levels.
