Plot Summary

While backpacking across the country, bickering gay couple Cary and Vogel decide to speed up their trek by hitchhiking instead. That's when fate brings them Brewster, a sexually confused trucker who picks the pair up on his way to delivering a shipment of coffins. After a few strokes of bad luck, the mismatched trio ends up lost and broken down in an abandoned junkyard. Though surviving a night of petty fights and sexual tension seems tough enough, the nightmare is only just getting started as strange noises in the back of the truck reveal the presence of five bloodthirsty vampires.

Customer Reviews

Not Good.

Had to turn it off after 15 minutes and really miss my $4.oo.

Funnier than Intended?

Gotta say, this was pretty fun. David Alanson plays one half of the couple and this guy is full on funny. Great comedic timing and really likable. I seriously think he's got a future in mainstream comedy. You'll love him. Also, naming the main character Brewster just for one line toward the end was brilliant, and the pay off was worth it. I don't want to ruin it by saying any more. There's some seriously crappy "gay" movies out there, this wasn't one of them. Enjoy!

Not as intellectual as Ernest Scared Stupid...

…and a lot less entertaining. This movie is clever and it has definite moments, but they are too few, too brief, and too shallow. I kept hoping it would get better. It didn't.
