Plot Summary

Strong Bogart Movie!!
A Hidden gem.. I thought I saw all of Bogie's movies but this one sprung up on Itunes.. and I loved it.. This is Bogie at his best..
Bogart like you've never seen him!
A very different kind of role for Bogart, with a plot that still has relevance in today's world — play on people's fears and fascism can take hold.
great
very interesting slice of what race and discrimination meant to blue collar workers of the '30s and '40s. also a great vingette of life. an above average movie that was made on a low budget, and probably expected to go nowhere. and oddly enough, i am no big fan of bogie, either. a marvelous movie with a poignant reminder of what can happen when bigotry comes to dinner.
