Plot Summary
In the midst of a bloody war, English soldiers inform Queen Mathilda (Game of Throne’s Lena Headey) that her husband, the King, has been captured. Fortunately, they also bring back a hostage of their own – a mysterious man claiming to be the enemy’s prince. However, the man brings with him only death and vengeance as a violent plague befalls the city. With the disease spreading and death coming for everyone, the prisoner’s mysterious past and dark powers seem to hold all of the answers.

Not bad...
Good plot and script with decent acting but I was left with that what-the-fk feeling at the end. I must have missed something somewhere in the last twenty minutes because I was following along just fine and then POW, I was ryleh confused. And what's up with the cover? Here we have Lena Heady sitting open a throne of bones that looks just a little to familiar and she's looking more like her character Cersei in Game of Thrones rather than Mathilde who she plays in this film. Obviously a poor remarked and repackage geared towards unsuspecting GOT fans. Don't let it sway you though, it's still a good film and really didn't need to ride the successful coat tails of GOT.
