A gem

This movie is hilarious, and very well directed and acted for such an indie movie on a small budget. It takes a little while to get going, so don't give up if you feel like nothing is happening in the first 20 minutes... but once it gets going you won't stop laughing. Just watch the trailer and tell me you don't want to see this movie.

Great original concept!

Being from Columbia I can relate to lots in the movie! Loved seeing this at RagTag! Good work guys! A must see if you want to laugh!

A Film About a Life You Really Never Wanted to Give Up- College

Box Elder is a quirky, endearing look at one the world's most intricate creatures: the 20-something year old, college student. Though it's set in Columbia, MO, and Mizzou students in particular can take this film to heart, the scenarios and interactions hit home with anyone who's ever just wanted to say 'screw midterms, lets drive to Mardi Gras.'
These promising, young filmmakers created something raw and hilarious, and ate a bunch of sandwiches in the process, I'm sure.

Plus, it's got a great soundtrack.
