Plot Summary

When the dismembered remains of a local Blackwater Valley girl are discovered, the sheriff and his beautiful young deputy begin a frantic search for the brutal murderer. Before they finish gathering evidence from the first body, several more blood-spattered corpses turn up. With the help of a local tracker, the deputy uncovers a methodical pattern that may lead them to the madman. But when the deputy learns she’s the next victim on the list, it becomes a race against time to find the ruthless slasher before she loses her own life.

Absolutely Terrible

Formulaic. Stupid. The acting is terrible, side plots that go nowhere, not remotely scary, and so unbelievably predictable I fast forwarded through the last third. Do not rent this. I like horror movies and this is one of the worst I have ever seen.

When you have to put "beautiful young deputy" in the synopsis...

...you know there's nothing to this movie.
