worse movie

If you rent this movie to see Jesse Eisenburg you will be so disappointed! He is in it for all of about 5 mins. This movie had such a chance to be great and yet it was flawed by people who wanted to make a statment against the catholic church, or was it Evangelicals or was it some religious cult? It was convoluted and strange. There were far more fringe Evangelical elemements to it, but someone thought it would make the movie realistic by trying to make it catholic, with vague implications of sexual abuse, only to suddenly pull back from that. Only to have it reappeared as the priest kept asking one young man about his sexual interactions with a girl. Basically saying give me the details of your sexual romp so you can be forgiven. All of the evil in the boys life was do to his failure to give up the details. It made out that the church,( not sure which one they meant) was the cause of demonic posessions. Something that showed up in about the last oh, 10 mins of the movie with the devil popping up for no reason to take over "good" people. I felt as if I was watching a movie written by folks that had a few too many to drink and suddenly remembered they were writting a horror movie after 1h and 20 mins. Where most folks that had the devil sit on their bed would become more religious, the young man in this movie became an athiest. And then, at the very end the film makers claimed that this was based on real events. If it was real, that kid must have been one confused kid.

??

The movie sucked!

garbage!

I like how they put Jesse Eisenberg on the cover and he has a 3 minute part. They must have spent a whole 50 cents on special effects. Terrible story, terrible plot.
