Top Critics' Reviews

Rotten: The best way to enjoy Cats & Dogs, like puppy love, is to go into it with lowered expectations. – Bob Graham, San Francisco Chronicle, Oct 18, 2008

Rotten: After a while, the film's massive explosions make Swordfish look like a chick flick. – Andrew Sarris, New York Observer, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: A surprisingly witty and sophisticated spy movie spoof that will tickle adult pet lovers and still capture kids 6 and older with its boy-and- his-dog love story and pet slapstick. – Jane Horwitz, Washington Post, Jun 24, 2010

Fresh: There is some mild language and lots of animal slapstick -- a la Wile E. Coyote vs. Roadrunner -- that may be a little much for small children. But most kids will find the action fun and the animals hilarious. – Melissa Ward Aguilar, Houston Chronicle, Jun 24, 2010

The best movie ever!

Don't listen to the guy who said this movie was corny, it is not! And it is my favorite movie of all time. P.S. In nov. A sequel will come out. It's called "Cats and dogs: the revenge of kitty galore."

My Fav Movie of All Times!!

I loved watching this when I was little. A whole week after watching this I thought my dog meant talk so I followed my dog everywhere. Wasn't fun when I ran through a rose bush after her.

Mediocore

It's not the most enjoyable film ever made but it does have it's ups and downs, it's worth renting but not buying
