Plot Summary
Circle the Wagen is a feature-length buddy/road-trip/docu-dramedy that follows Dave, an idealistic adventurer and automotive ne'er-do-well, and his convivial co-pilot Charlie on their journey down Route 66 in a baby blue 1972 VW bus. Through mishaps and murals, gasoline baths and breakdowns the two discover a teeming underground of vintage VW diehards willing to help save "The Croc" from the scrap heap and rally her beleaguered owner on to California.

Original and creative film-making
This is a creative film which takes you on a roadtrip across America. Follow Dave and Charlie as they begin an adventure of unique proportions. The sub-culture of VW owners will appreciate the trials and obstacles met during the drive across Route 66. I found the original concept to be fun and entertaining. Furthermore, this was a Kickstarter funded project so cheers to the accomplishments required to get on iTunes!
Awesome Film- A must see story
I finally bought and watched the documentary Circle the Wagen. It was such a great film, and totally renewed my hope in the goodness of American's everywhere. You can't help but smile watching that movie! All VW Bus Enthusiasts, and people who just enjoy a good story should watch Circle the Wagen. It is a story of adventure that we all can go on, and the good natured people willing to help others along the way!
If You’ve Ever Owned A VW, You MUST Rent This!
What an enjoyable film! As a former owner of a ’62 VW Bus, this movie really struck a chord with me. But even if you’ve never driven a VW, this movie will surely charm and delight you. It’s a documentary about friendship, perseverance, community, VW’s, of course, but, above all, America.
