Plot Summary

At the tender age of 11, Clancy runs away from a troubled home in hopes of returning when her mother recovers from alcoholism. The little girl latches on to Nick, a homeless veteran who wants little to do with life. When corrupt city officials force him to skip town with Clancy in tow, her relentless faith affects Nick in ways he never expected and becomes his saving grace.
