When he discovers that a corporate entity is running illegal aliens out of town by any means possible, MacPherson decides to get revenge and won't stop until everyone involved has been punished for their crimes.

Absolutely Terrible
I'm a fan of Val Kilmer and was looking forward to seeing this movie. I was actually shocked at how awful this movie was. It started out very slow and just never picked up. I wasn't expecting a cinematic masterpiece, but based on Kilmer movies in the past I had reasonable expectations. This didn't even rise to the level of a "D" quality Jean Claude Van Dam film you'd catch at 3 AM on a Wednesday night. :-)
Not too bad....I was expecting worse.
This movie acually has a decent story line and moved along smoothly. I would acually recomend this if you have seen eveything else,
Really, really bad
Please don't waste your money. Even for a low budget film its terrible and I love cheesy, low budget films. I wanted to like the movie because I am a huge Val Kilmer fan but the story is slow, the effects are non existent, the acting is poor, and it comes very preachy.
