Plot Summary
A light comedy-mystery about a fabulous diamond necklace that is stolen from the Philippines National Treasury and laundered through a pawnshop in San Francisco. The main suspect is a San Francisco drag queen who must be found before the Philippines explodes in unrest over the scandal.
