different opinion

you have to be a fan of old twilight zone to get this one. great cimenatography, cool effects, the acting is hysterically scary. again if you find old twilight zone episodes silly, you wont like this movie, but if you're a fan, check it out.

It's not for everyone

Yeah, this is a big throwback to 50's horror and sci-fi. It's very Twilight Zone. It's very Outer Limits. This is a low budget film with shots created for 3D processing that have been made 2D, so the backgrounds don't always look perfect. The shots stand out, and for me it was a matter of realizing that it was supposed to be 3D, so it lends a bit of charm to the movie, and in a very odd way, a sense of dreamlike disconnection from the surroundings.

I know, that's not the kind of thing you're going to read in a review for Tranformers2, is it?

There is meaning, and intention, and a big payoff for anyone interested in seeing a drive in movie. This isn't a film maker putting in digital film scratches and saying it a grindhouse movie, and intenionally leaving out shots.

This is old school. if you can appreciate low budget old school storytelling and style, you may just love this one.

Why???

I've noticed that Tom Jane and Ron Pearlman have a habit of doing awful, straigh-to-video movies together. This movie is no exception. There really is nothing to be said about this movie except "Don't".
