Plot Summary
Claire and Phil Foster (Tina Fey and Steve Carell) are a suburban couple slogging through their daily lives and marriage. Even their “date nights” of dinner and a movie have become routine. To reignite the marital spark, they visit a trendy Manhattan bistro, where a case of mistaken identity hurtles them through the city at breakneck speeds, into non-stop adventure. Remembering what made them so special together, Phil and Claire take on a couple of corrupt cops, a top-level mobster – and a crazed cabbie – as their date becomes a night they’ll never forget.

Rotten: Fey, in particular, finds herself in the situation of a prima ballerina unaccountably dancing with the Rockettes.
Fresh: t's a funny movie and might snatch a few knowing nods from married couples with young children; at the very least, it's a consistently engaging, warmly silly adventure.
Fresh: It's lively stuff with funny lines, droll cameos from Mark Wahlberg and James Franco, and a nice running gag about Jeanne Tripplehorn.
Fresh: The key to Date Night is to leave your brain at the door. You'll be amply rewarded for it, though it won't give you much to talk about on a date.

Funniest damn movie i have ever seen
This is the FUNNIEST DAMN MOVIE EVER MADE!!!! these two...Steve Carrel and Tina Fey are HIGH-LARIOUS together.....infinity times thumbs up. XD

i LOVE this movie, i cant wait till i ave it on my itouch!!! :D this movie is the funniest ive ever seen adn kept me laughing the entire time. if you havent seen it, you HAVE too!!! its funnier than The Hangover!
Date Night Every Night!
I love you Steve.... This has to be one of the funniest movies i have ever watched. There literally was never a moment that i wasnt laughing. I mean seriously... if you dont like this movie you have to be one of those people who stare at a brick wall. This movie was totally awesome and I am most definetly buying it... But seriously. if you dont like this Im pretty sure that your messed up in the head. Tina Fey and Steve Carell are funny seperately, but hilarious when working together.
