It's no Le Samuri
I saw this movie when I was four or five and the images have stayed with me since. There are some beautifully staged scenes, and Deneuve and Alain Delon are at their prime. Alain Delon has to be the most handsome star in the history. Unfortunately the real lead in the movie is Ricard Carena,of the Rambo fame. He gets more screen time than Delon or Deneuve who is hardly in the movie. The middle of the movie is one long boring heist sequence .
But still worth a watch as the last work of a great director. He must have been losing it to give though ,to give so little screen time to Deneuve!
