Plot Summary

A video camera captures a brutal murder, and someone’s broadcasting it live over the web. One by one a series of ever more gruesome executions goes unchecked as a demented serial killer hijacks the internet for his sick game. The public is horrified and fixated at the same time as millions view the carnage from their homes. Ultimately it is up to NYPD cop Charlie Daines to track down and eliminate the killer. Each execution is a race against the clock as the killer gives the police time to find the kill site and save the victim… if they can.
