Plot Summary

Dracula (sci-fi star Christopher Lee) returns to wreak vengeance on the descendants of the man who killed him a century earlier, most particularly a beautiful lass named Jessica Van Helsing (Stephanie Beacham, "The Colbys"). Rotten: This isn't a terrific rationale for another horror flick but, given Miss Beacham's ability to heave, and her bosom to heave with, it will have to do. – Roger Ebert, Chicago Sun-Times, Jul 21, 2010

Christopher Lee rises to the occasion again!

Christopher Lee has never made a bad Dracula movie. His stint with Hammer films produced some of the most memorable Dracula moments ever recorded on film. He interpretation of Dracula was always first rate. No romantisizing, just pure evil and malevolence. To me he was and will always be "The Dracula".

Classic ! Old School Horror

Love it , Old School horror movies from when i was a kid.

Actually not too bad

I was really expecting the worst with this movie mainly based on the cheesy title and things I have heard, and while this is not good example of a quality film, it can be still rather enjoyable to watch; provided that one is able to see the humor and fun in the ridiculous scenario and the frequently hilarious dialogue. ( dig the music kids! Lol). The acting was mixed. No one should expect less than brilliant from Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing, and they did not drop the ball here (even though lee was in the movie for 10 min). Of the " teenagers" Christopher Neame was actually great, and added much electricity to scenes like the Black Mass, and even if he did overact, he was nonetheless very entertaining. The acting from the ladies was less spectacular ( though Caroline Munro actually was pretty good) but that is forgiven as this is a Hammer movie and automatically the women are going to be nothing less than gorgeous. The film is problematic, as there are plot holes and lapses in logic aplenty, and the pacing is occasionally off, but this film's saving grace is the sheet cheese factor. This might be the greatest feel good horror movie ever. Check this out if you like campy old school horror. Do not take this movie seriously in any way, and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
