Beautiful lesbian drama with an irresistible butch lead

This is such a beautiful film and is especially notable for having one of the most irresistible butch characters you’ve ever seen. In the very first line of dialogue, a little girl admires the androgynous accordion player Diego as he comes off the stage. “Are you a boy or a girl?” she asks. “What do you think?” replies the suave Diego. As the film progresses there are other stories woven in and we come to know Diego's life, her struggles with gender identity and her experience of falling in love with a girl fort he first time.

Great writing

This movie has such great writing. All of the stories in the movie are awesome and deals with an almost ftm transgendered theme.
