Plot Summary
After Minor Threat released the song "Straight Edge" in 1981, it unleashed a youth subculture throughout the hardcore punk scene that eschews drugs and alcohol. This documentary traces the movement's evolution over the years, and features interviews with Minor Threat’s Ian MacKaye and other luminaries from the genre such as Ray Cappo (Youth of Today) and Karl Buechner (Earth Crisis), as they discuss what being "straight edge" means to them and the pros and cons of its history.

Could have been better
Pretty ok documentary. A bit too narrow of a view of the subject with very limited interviews. This movie has alot of unrealized potential. I think the lack of narration also hurts this film, as does the abrupt ending,
