The oldest trick in the book. Slap a new cover on an old release and uninformed fans will empty their wallets. This insightful release first streeted in 2001. So be prepared not to see anything concerning Reginald's career the last eight years.
Ya Gotta Love Him!
Real, intimate, often hilaroius and quite enjoyable look at Sir Elton John. Made by his husband, David Furnish, this is no oridinary look at a performer of this magnitude. Sir Elton has always been researved about the private details of his life, Mr. Furnsish captures what makes Elton John, Elton John. Lovely!
Hope there will be a Part II in the future!
It is, after all, a documentary
Sure, you're not going to see much in the way of musical performances in this video. It's a documentary. If you want music, buy music videos. For what this is, I thought it was pretty neat to learn some other sides of Sir Elton, and not just his stage performances. It wasn't a waste of money for the purchase if you're looking to watch a documentary on a great singer. It would be a waste of money and a disappointment to anyone that buys this movie with the expectation of getting a concert rather than what it truly is.
