Customer Reviews

good idea badly executed.

1. a very interesting and attractive idea, almost as good as Clark's Rendezvous with Rama
2. mildly interesting visual designs
3. childish, corny, and almost stupid screenplay
4. flat characters. even the supposedly defiant rogue scientist main character is dull and boring
5. incredibly awkward and dull acting mostly due to the screenplay
6. home made SFX

a perfect movie for when you have absolutely nothing to do.

Bad bad bad

O.k. it's ALMOST so bad that it makes it enjoyable. Almost. Encopresis of the screen. The first few minutes you get a "hey this might be an o.k. B movie" type of vibe. The cheese is solid, the props poor, and the acting rancid. After about 30 minutes I could not take it. A complete waste of 30 minutes of my life.

"B" movie, but good Sci-fi.

It's written better than the plot summary above but still no "Space Odyssey". It entertains. For the clearance price on it sci-fi fans can go wrong. It's a chicken or the egg kind of thinker flick.
