Plot Summary
In this suspenseful and visually intense thriller, a serial killer is stalking and murdering women in a most cruel and ingenious way. While a blackout cripples a city, a group of trapped strangers must band together to save a female witness from the Picasso Killer, a man so disturbed, yet so powerful in his own madness, that he seems unstoppable.
